Energy Leech Report 1I've been put in charge of Energy Leech's report files, I'd be crazy to say the little time I've had studying him hasn't scared me to death and back, the guy is nuts constantly smiling, walking about draining the electricity from objects, most of us here just call him "Leech" not that we know his real name or if he even has one, I don't think I've ever seen him with his brothers.
